Christmas tea from the Tea Centre here in Sydney, a chai masala which tastes like iced christmas cake. So delicious that it almost makes me forget the childhood trauma of having to politely eat dried out pieces of the Cake of Christmas Past when visiting grandma's house, almost. Four stars. :)

On the move

We're relocating permanently to North Carolina. En route we've stopped in the Bay Area and have had the pleasure of visiting a couple of teahouses. One is Far Leaves in Berkeley. This was our first experience at a teahouse and was so much fun. After two hours of drinking us tea lovers could have gone on for another two hours, but others in the family who had been very patient, I admit, were ready to go. Yunnan Golden Bud!!!!
